Calling all Hubby's...Easy Mother's Day Brunch


This is an easy Parmesan Scramble. When paired with the Parmesan Toast and Chardonnay Butter it is an awesome breakfast/brunch. All three recipes will be posted together in this section. I hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day...
Parmesan Scramble

Prepare your frying pan with cooking spray.
Slice sausage, I used polish kielbasa. Place in the pan and season with garlic pepper.
Lightly cook, browning the sausage. Then place on a plate and set aside.
Rinse off pan at sink. Add cooking spray and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Break 6 large eggs and scramble with fork. Place in pan to cook.
Let eggs start to set up and then fold in sausage and sprinkle with chives. Scramble as cooking.  When done sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve. *Serves 4. *See other recipes below to complete your breakfast.
 Chardonnay Butter

2 cubes of butter, softened
2 tablespoons of Chardonnay wine
Garlic Pepper to taste
Sprinkle with chives
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
Fold together and blend well. *May be used for all types of recipes. *Shelf Life: 2 weeks in refrigerator or 6 months in the freezer.
Fried Parmesan Toast
Prepare a flat fry pan with cooking spray
8 slices of sourdough, whole wheat
 Spread each slice with Chardonnay Butter
Then fry face down until the cheese in the butter is browned. Flip and let the other side lightly toast. Remove and serve with the scramble.
